Please remember our Croquembouche’s must be refrigerated at all times. They may be taken out about 30 minutes prior to eating. They are at their best eaten the day that they are made in order for the choux to remain crisp. If you are thinking of keeping the croquembouche overnight, we recommend going with a chocolate coated option rather than toffee.
